I made two kinds of bagel sandwiches for lunch today.
I used the “everything” ones I baked yesterday.
Inside the bagel are homemade vegan white white cheese fresh kale, Koya tofu steak, tomato, avocado, and more cheese.
This was so fresh and tasty!
