Pita bread is something I like to make periodically.
One of the reasons for that is that I can bake them in a pan on the stovetop, and it’s a lot of fun to watch them puff up!
There is something so satisfying about that (lol).
I quickly prepared chickpea spread and Indian style cauliflower curry.
The warm soft pita bread tasted so good!
