It was Friday, but I was home, so I decided to make pancakes for lunch.

This plant-based yogurt is so good.

This is a mixture of the yogurt, coconut cream, and sugar.
Delicious!!
This was a meal for lunch, so I served salad along with the pancakes.
My husband’s homemade peanut butter dressing.
It was good, but I also learned that the pancakes should be cool (not warm) so that the cream won’t melt!
