Bagels are always fun to make.
But I’ve been getting different results.
This time they turned out so well that I want to make a note here so that I will remember what to do the next time.
- Boil water but turn the heat down when you put the dough in.
- Don’t boil them too long. 30 seconds each side is fine.
I love how plump, shiny, and smooth they are.
I also liked that they got the beautiful brown color.
I made five bagels, two plain and three with “Everything but the bagel sesame seasoning blend”.
Everything bagels is my husband’s favorite.
Me feeling accomplished.
