
Once in a while I get craving for a BLT sandwich.

Since I liked the “lilikoi mayo” in the veggie dog we had in Hawaii, I decided to use the trick.
Lilikoi is the name used for the yellow passionfruit grown in Hawaii.

This is the beautiful passion fruit jam I bought in Hawaii, and I added it to my vegan mayo.


I loved the bright tanginess from the tropical fruit.


The “bacon” is homemade and vegan.
