This is all about the design of the pan.
This beautiful pan was on my list on and off for a long time.
Since this pandemic seems to continue for a little longer (although I’m much more hopeful this year), I decided to go for it.
Since this is made by the company I trust, I had high hope for quality, and I was not disappointed.
It’s thick, heavy, and beautifully made.
I was so happy with the result!
I used a pizza stone as a lid (<- my husband’s advice) to make sure that the dough would go into all the creases while baking, and it worked.
I cannot wait to use this pan to make more beautiful baked goods!
