Strawberry Cinnamon Boule and Rustic Rolls

I bought a package of fresh strawberries for something else.

After using some for that, I still had a lot left.

I could think of a lot of sweets I could use them for, but at that time we had too many sweets in the house, and I decided to create something different.

Pureed strawberries are in the dough, and the swirl was made with cinnamon and date sugar.

It smells like a strawberry heaven if something like that exists!

And I love the combination of strawberries and cinnamon.

This is not “sweet” bread, but it’s super flavorful.

I could have made two loaves, but I thought it would be fun to made rolls.
