Like I said in my previous post, I try to create food that the pre-plantbased-diet- me would enjoy eating.
I happened to have two types of homemade vegan cheese, so we got to enjoy them both on this pizza.
I love how the colors look on this pizza.
I made my pepperoni using my seitan meat, and it turned out great.
The other toppings were onion, mushroom, and red pepper.

I know you don’t normally post recipes, and I respect that, so if you don’t want to share I completely understand. But I was just wondering if you had a good recipe for your seitan, or just tips.. I have tried about 3 times now, and I haven’t figured out a method I fully like.

Thank you for your interest in my seitan-making. I usually use this recipe ( https://lovingitvegan.com/vegan-steak/ ) as a base. It’s easy to make, and I like the ingredients. I omit liquid smoke, I use whatever the spices I happen to have, I just use water instead of vegetable stock (I can’t tell the difference), and I use my own marinade. I hope it helps.
