Sourdough English Muffins

This time I tried a different recipe, and I think I like this better than my previous one.

These have a stronger sourdough flavor, they get taller, and the texture is spot-on, maintaining both the English muffin and the sourdough uniqueness.

You see the beautiful nooks and crannies?

I love my English muffins crisply toasted.

And buttered.

So delicious!
