I saw an Italian restaurant making something like this when I was watching a show on Food Network.
I didn’t have time to write down the ingredients or how to make them, but I kind of got the idea.

I thought it would be great to enjoy it as dipping oil for my sourdough bread.

I just sliced the bread and cut them into smaller pieces.

Doesn’t this look good?!

Garlic Tomato Oil: Cook sliced garlic (from a whole) in olive oil, add crashed tomatoes from a can, agave syrup, salt, crushed red pepper, and more olive oil.

Hello again Reiko!
I just wanted to comment again to tell you how much I love your blog! Seriously, for the past few years you have been such an inspiration for me. You are so creative in the ways you cook, and I always am so inspired and in awe when I view your posts. You actually have inspired me to create my own vegan blog 🙂 I want to continue to practice and learn, and hopefully I can be as amazing as you are own day!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!
I hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy!
