Rosemary Persimmon Jam
ふわっとローズマリー風味が美味、柿ジャム

Whenever I get persimmons, I like to make jam.

I usually like to add sugar and lemon juice to my persimmon jam.

But this time I decided to add rosemary.

I wasn’t sure how this would turn out, but I absolutely loved it!

I decided to try my jam on a freshly baked roll.

Delicious!!
