This gluten-free oatmeal bread turned out delicious!
The recipe does not include eggs, dairy, or flour.
The recipe is from this newly released book, and in fact none of the recipe use eggs, dairy, or flour.
The book is called “Heto Heto Pan”.
“Pan” means bread in Japanese.
“Heto heto” is an informal way to express the condition where you are exhausted and have no energy left to do anything.
The author says all the recipes in the book are so easy and takes such a short time to prepare (until it goes in an oven) that you can make any of the bread in the book even when you are extremely tired.
It is true.
You basically mix all the ingredients, pour the batter into a mold, and bake in the oven.
Yet it ended up with being such a beautiful loaf.
This bread is perfect for breakfast or a snack.
It has an early look and taste.
I can eat it every day.
