Since I got Next Meats vegan meat, I’ve been having a lot of fun experimenting with it.
I got two types of meat, but this time I used their “short ribs” for the steak.
Since I didn’t have to make the meat, I made vegan eggs.
It’s been a while, but I always enjoy making these eggs.
The “meat” and “eggs” both look so good on the pizza.
I used this recipe for my pizza crust.
I’ve been using it repeatedly, because it’s easy and really tasty.
And with this recipe you don’t have to wait for the dough to rise.
This works well for me because I usually want to eat “now” (ot two hours later!) when I want to eat pizza.
There is vegan mozzarella cheese under the meat and the eggs.
