This looks like one of the classic American breakfast plates, doesn’t it?
But this is of course a vegan version.
I used this seitan meat to make the bacon.
You can see how I made the “meat” here. ↓
The vegan egg was also home-made.
You don’t “fry” it, but its texture is pretty close to the real thing. I also like the taste.
This yolk recipe is pretty cool, and I enjoy the process.
This yolk is very similar to the real thing, from the look to the texture.
(I don’t add the black salt ↓, because it makes the color dark. I sprinkle it right before eating instead.)
On this plate you can find vegan bacon, a vegan “fried egg”, Satsuma potatoes, sauteed onion and kale, and toasts.
I added a few more things to the list of the recipes I repeatedly use. ↓
*I also have an Instagram account. ↓ There I post some pictures and videos that you don’t see here at the blog. If you followed me there as well, I would love that! When you stop by, say “hi! I would love to hear from you. Thank you.
