
This was not something I saw when I lived in Japan, but apparently this way to enjoy Mochi has been quite popular there recently.


I thought this would be fun to try with my homemade Mochi.
I also happened to have vegan sliced cheese.

This was such an easy and simple dish, but it was so tasty!!
If you buy pre-cooked Inari soy pouches like I did, it only takes a few minutes.
