This was our tonight’s dinner.
I got a bag of beautiful fresh cherries, and I’m using them for everything.
So why not for fried rice?
The cherry fried rice was served with tofu steak, sautéed asparagus, corn, and salad.
Looks good, doesn’t it?
Now I can officially say cherry works in fried rice, too.
I loved the tartness and the beautiful dark ruby color added to the rice.
