Vegan hot dogs are fun to make because I can play with different “substitutes.”
This tempeh dog was made with a homemade bun, homemade vegan mayo, Teriyaki tempeh, mango slaw, and fresh cilantro.
I never post any food that I didn’t taste.
Even when I make food only for my husband, I usually have a bite so that I know it’s good.
This one, however, is the first food posted on my blog that I didn’t try.
But each component (bun, tempeh with glaze, slaw, mayo) which I did try before I put them all together was tasty, so I believe my husband telling me that it was tasty.
