This is a sandwich I made with my vegan meat and sourdough focaccia.
One of the great things about vegan meat is that you can use it as “beef,” “pork,” or “chicken,” whatever the kind of meat you like depending on the dish you are making.
Because I used mostly all-purpose flour for this focaccia, the softer texture turned out actually perfect for a sandwich.
Focaccia, vegan feta, kale dressed with maple mustard dressing, vegan beef with balsamic glaze, and vegan mayo.
This was delicious!
