Unexpected greatness on the other side of the culinary world

Inari Sushi Pouches
稲荷寿司

Our fridge was getting empty, and I definitely needed to go grocery shopping today.

But I wanted to eat lunch before doing so.

I usually used pre-cooked pouches, but today I cooked those myself.

Stuff the pouches with Sushi rice.

The toppings were decided based on what was in my fridge.

Carrot sesame.

Cucumber and crunchy salted seaweed.

Shiso tomato.

Very happy with the result!
