A Ciabatta roll from Trader Joe’s, fresh arugula, homemade vegan mayo, marinated thick tempeh steak, and the grilled nectarine.
Ginger teriyaki glaze was drizzled on top.
Fresh onion slices, more arugula, mayo and then crispy fried onion.
So delicious!!
